A lot of men like to date women who they feel to be more superior too. Rich never understood this. A lot of men need to take a hard look at who they are dating because if things never seem to work out it may be time to date a woman who is extremely intelligent.

But instead of helping themselves they make things worse and beat their body up. What a lot of people need to know is that the way they look and feel now, may not be how they feel in the future. In the future, you may not only look better but feel better as well. The bottom line is to try and take care of yourself throughout your entire life.

RICH talks about how grew up not really value all others were doing for him. He just took for granted all the people he knew and didn't know who were helping him with many things throughout his life. A lot of people may not realize how many people are helping them on a constant basis. It can be the person who gets you your favorite cup of coffee, your mechanic, store clerk, people who work on their home or apartment, and so on. It may be time to take a look at all the other things people are doing for us.

RICH talks about how many people out there want to learn new things, but don't have the patience to learn how to do it. A lot of people also want to learn things too quickly and not develop the skills needed to get things done correctly. A lot of people also seem to be distracted when wanting to learn things as well. The reality is if you want to learn certain things, it may take a lot of hard work. It may also take a lot longer to learn something than original thought.

RICH CELENZA talks about how a lot of people are living in toxic surroundings. A lot of people may not want to admit how dysfunctional their home life really is. A lot of fo people in public or on social media pretend how good things they are when quite the opposite. If you are someone living in a toxic environment it may be time to start making some changes. It may be time to leave or have otherS leave. Many people live in misery and never make changes to live in peace and harmony.

But what Rich brings up is a lot of people not knowing that sometimes what we think will make us happy, makes us miserable. A lot of people may be misled into thinking a lot of things they do are a lot easier than they truly are. Things also may not always be as hard either. But a lot of people need to understand that if they want to accomplish something, it's most likely is going to talk a lot more time and effort than originally thought. People need to understand if everything was easy as everyone says, everyone would be getting a lot more done. People need to quit listening to others and just go after what they want.
