Richie is joined by Alison Lee and Shelley Tasker. Alison Lee emailed the show to tell us about her son who is in adult residential care. Alison was alarmed to learn that covid jabs have been mandated for care workers. Some of her sons carers have since indicated that they will leave the profession. This is bad news as demand for residential care is increasing. What will it mean for the quality of care in the future? Alison also talks about why she feels her son's care has deteriorated during lockdown and why she is prepared to fight tooth and nail to prevent him having a covid jab.Shelley Tasker is an activist and broadcaster. She's also a member of Save Our Rights UK. Yesterday, Shelley and another activist were cleared of criminal charges relating to the organisation of a lockdown rally held in the centre of Truro, Cornwall. The judge ruled that the prosecution couldn’t prove that the gathering was not relevant under guidelines. He also said that Save Our Rights is a political body. Shelley discusses this and more with Richie.
