The Aiki Dojo Podcast - The Role of the Teacher in Aikido

The word sensei (先生) translates as “one who comes before” but does that every person who comes before is “the teacher?” What does it mean to be a teacher today. Everyone uses that title but more most qualified to be a sensei?
