This former Canadian marathon record-holder, multiple time national team member and criminal lawyer helps them break down last week’s results and news from the world of running. The three then take a deeper dive into the topic of maltreatment in sport.

[4:48] The Philadelphia Marathon rolled out a new program called Psych on a Bike, in which psychologists patrolled the loneliest miles offering pep talks to suffering runners. Canadians Leslie Sexton, Cleo Boyd and Anne-Marie Comeau all ran killer times!

[14:13] Competitors at the NCAA Cross-Country Championships battled some brutal weather. There were breakthroughs, upsets, and dominating performances!

[19:08] Trail runners are cleaning up on the XC courses! Case in point: British athlete Tom Evans podiumed at the Western States 100-miler AND just qualified for the European Cross-Country Championships 10km!
