Solo run on the 'Mountain of Joy' I took some slightly different trails today as I only needed about one hour of trail running to keep me on track for another interesting and epic week of cross training.
I'm closing in on two Strava challenges that I should be able to meet by the end of this month.

Summit Hike on Mount Doug. Solo, two cameras 3k.
One kilometre of steep rocky up, followed by 2k of easy peasy down.(I came down the road)

I needed to get my rear brake serviced on my Ebike today.
This involved riding dDowntown to the store where I bought it and get the mechanic to do the work.
Then I ran home to await the call....
It ius now done so i will try and get a ride down there from Ms.J and then ride the 'bike home.
