The official motto for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games has been unveiled to the world via a video presented to other Olympic organisations already in Paris. The motto, revealed to be “Shine Brightest. Together.” is receiving VERY mixed reviews… Mainly from Leisel, Liam & Dobbo.

Caxton Hotel Owner Ross Farquhar joined The Rush Hour With Leisel Jones, Liam & Dobbo to give us all the details ahead of their biggest day of the year. With 150 kegs collared and ready, more than half of them being XXXX, Ross takes us behind the bar and shares some of the secrets ahead of the decider. He also reminisces about the chaos of Origin’s past.

A Bizarre Mix-Up!
One of the most bizarre and memorable stories Ross Farquhar shared involved a Grafton Senior Citizens Bus that was confused for the Blues Bus outside the Caxton Hotel. Passionate fans, eager to confront their rivals, began attacking the bus. However, they quickly realized their mistake when they saw it was full of frightened seniors.

The Chaos and Apologies!
“These people looked like they were going to have a heart attack, it was just so hostile the reception they got,” Ross recounted. The realization of the mix-up led to a wave of apologies from the fans, who were mortified by their actions.

The audience of "Tina - The Tina Turner Musical" last night at QPAC were treated to something completely unexpected as the show concluded. Alfie Langer made an on-stage appearance and sang "Simply The Best"; convincing Liam that the iconic tune should be sung at EVERY NRL Grand Final by whoever is doing the pre-game show.

Yesterday, Michelle from Arundel told us how she barged in and hauled her teenage daughter out of a party she had snuck out to. So today, we asked the Triple M Family for all the crazy times your parents turned up and we got some belters! Including but not limited to, uniformed cops, fake IDs and Borat Man-kinis.

Yesterday, we put the call out for the "weird" clubs you're in and John from Port Macquarie gave us a call. He then told us off-air that he actually taught Dobbo at boarding school in Sydney! So of course, we HAD to surprise Dobbo today with his boarding school teacher Mr (John) Beaumont.
