After a few months of physical challenges for Sean…it is time to get it ALL moving again. It is always time. There is no time but the present. Traveling faster than the speed of light and traveling at the speed of NOW! What is death, if not stagnation? Death occurs in the mind when we grasp and cling to our shit-ass beLIEfs. Death occurs in the body when we give in to the seduction of gravity. Death occurs in the spirit when we hide our fears in the closet. From womb to seven years old, the human mind can do little to defend itself…it is busy opening up to imagination which leaves it vulnerable to those that do not know shit from Shinola. Everything for the rest of the individual's life will be affected and influenced by the installed belief systems. Childhood programming slams the door of Self-awareness. Thus, the only way out is to come across a Self-Actualized individual and be truly curious about how they did it. Without becoming aware of their programming, an individual is POWERLESS—no power = Dead. So, the job at hand is to become Self-Actualized.

In this episode, Sean describes his experiences of surfing Nusa Dua in Bali, Indonesia. Nusa Dua is so special because if any of the other East Coast spots are waist-high, it will be significantly overhead. But, the waves get high. They're fat and thick. It's by far the heaviest wave on the island. Out of 7+ billion people on the planet, the large majority, over 90% of the world, would die - there are no channels for safety. And the failure to keep peace of mind is the difference between life and death or life and serious injury.

In this week’s episode, Sean gets to the point fairly quickly. He spoke a few weeks back about selfishness and is returning to that concept through exploration of service again. From his perspective, there isn’t a more self-serving, self-centered, or selfish activity than service to others, especially when he doesn't feel like doing it. Service and charity are at least equal to, if not more effective than, exercise to eliminate depression, anxiety, and misery. And as we stop the suffering, we experience joy, peace of mind, bliss, and rapture.

A few weeks ago, Sean ended up on top of the wave's lip rather than under it. The result was that he was slammed flat on his back onto the rocks beneath the wave. He was temporarily paralyzed from the waist down and still had to navigate his way to the shore.
