But while we all might *think* we know what's important, who should have taken it and all the tips and tricks involved, it turns out there's a hell of a lot of science involved.

Football psychology research Geir Jordet has spent the past five years studying penalty shoot outs and he had some fascinating insights which we heard all about in Dave's World.
