It a new year and that means that now's a great time to set goals and plan. But sometimes things don't always start or go as we planned.
This year, I started the year with the flu and what was supposed to be an exciting beginning of the new year turned into lots of sleep and nothing getting done.
We all may face seasons of frustrations and challenges that stop us in our tracks, but it's important to bounce back and keep going.
