Hour 1:  A cargo ship crashed into Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge early Tuesday morning, causing a near-total collapse of the span and halting vessel traffic into and out of the Port of Baltimore. California lawmakers are worried that taxpayers could be on the hook for a $300 million gap in a loan issued to Pacific Gas and Electric to keep the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant operational until 2030. One week from now, fast-food workers' wages will go up to $20 an hour.
