How we  can deal with other’s emotions

• If you don’t know how to listen, you won’t know how to lead.
• People escalate because they are screaming to be understood.
• Start by addressing inward emotions before addressing the behavior.
• Two words to use: “What’s up?”
• Don’t try to fix their emotions before they’ve expressed their emotions.
