Located in Nevada City, CA. these guys are brewing amazing examples of traditional UK and German style beers that have won several awards and represent true examples of their styles. We discuss the process of layering flavors, using traditional ingredients to make the beers accurate, and how to get the most flavor out of traditional techniques like spoonding.
