Cellarmaker has been an awesome addition to San Francisco's brewing scene, producing small batches of experimental beers. They've made the choice to abandon a set production schedule and flagship beers in favor of a continuous rotation of different styles, constantly experimenting with different hops, grains, barrels, and yeasts.
