Producing great-tasting, consistent sour beer is tough, but the folks at Alesong Brewing and Blending make it seem easy! Maybe it's the numerous awards they have won at the Great American Beer Festival, or their approach to ingredients and blending. Whatever the secret is, you can count on Alesong to release some fantastic beers. We had a great time chatting and drinking beers with Doug and Brian Coombs, and trying to learn a bit more on what makes a great mixed fermentation beer!
