The city of Bend, Oregon, is somewhat of a mecca of craft beer in the Pacific Northwest. Smack dab in the middle of that scene is Tony Lawrence, owner and brewer at Boneyard Beer. Tony has been in the game since the '90's, and has seen the social kaleidoscope change what beer is back and forth over the years, but that hasn't changed his views on what makes beer BEER.
