Chris and Justin are also joined by Jacque and Ryan Fields from Wild Fields Brewhouse in Atascadero, CA. We discuss their truly fantastic beer and Ryan's take on the brewing process, including fermenting super dry beer and adjusting the grain bill to maintain mouthfeel.
