The fifth Chakra, the throat chakra - vissuddha, is the first of the Spiritual chakras in our body. The seat of truth -pure. Knowing that the resonant vibrations carry on. If we start our day practicing peace, then we’ll find our day calmer. It’s this vibration and resonance that connects us to everything in the universe.
