Gill McKay is a Sobriety Guide and Educator coaching successful professionals to become alcohol-free. She also works with organizations to help stop the stigma around drinking and sobriety. With a neuroscience background, Gill is a mental health first-aider, TEDx speaker, and the best-selling author of “STUCK: Brain Smart Insights for Coaches.”

• Why the relationship between alcohol addiction and lying is cyclical

• What happens when lying becomes an automatic behavior that conflicts with personal values

• The turning point in her relationship with alcohol and what recovery required
