The Single Mother Effect Pt. I was so much I needed to split it! 

Our background has a lot to do with what’s going on with us right now, especially if it’s gone unattended to. Most people don’t think about or even want to address the single mother for some significant reasons I talk another in Pt. I. 

This info will be helpful if you grew up with a single mom or if your father was largely absent, even if they remained married.

One thing I’ll continue to say I’m proud of is that my practice has been so diverse, both in 1-on-1s and group. This problem is no different in that it doesn’t matter what your race or gender is, it can affect you! But I do make some specific points about Black families/individuals because this issue does disproportionately affect Black people. I give some stats in Pt. 1 and quickly remind you of some in this live. 

Ok so now that’s out the way - here I’m getting into:
