No need to do a double take folks. You read the title correctly. This week Pip sits down with, well, Pip. Robert “Pip” Piparo is a firefighter/medic in Saratoga Springs NY. Several years back he reached out to Pip (host of the Size Up) because he was receiving messages meant for him about 555 Fitness. The two struck up an internet bromance and learned they had much more than a name in common. Pip talks about his time on and off the job, dealing with his PTSD, his mental wellness toolbox as well as his hobbies. Whether it’s mountain biking, fly fishing or pursuing his doctoral degree (something our Pip will never be chasing).
