We're told to build better habits.
But what if the habit isn't the problem — it's the energy behind the habit?
In this episode, Sky dives into the difference between habits that drain and habits that sustain. We explore the neuroscience of habit formation, how your nervous system determines what sticks, and how to design a daily rhythm that actually feels like you — not someone else's Pinterest-worthy routine.
This is for the woman who's tried every morning routine and still feels off.

We chase the goal thinking it'll finally make us feel like enough.
But what if the feeling of enoughness was never in the achievement, it was in the remembering?
In this episode, Sky explores the quiet lie most ambitious women carry: that your worth is tied to your output. We blend neuroscience, spiritual wisdom, and real talk to unpack why letting go of the hustle-for-worth pattern is the most abundant thing you can do this spring.
If you've ever hit a goal and still felt empty, this one's for you.

This episode is for the version of you that feels a bit stuck… even if everything looks fine on the outside.
Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how to actually move forward when you feel overwhelmed, out of alignment, or like you know you’re meant for more, but can’t seem to get there.
So instead of giving surface-level advice, I wanted to walk you through what’s really going on.
We talk about why you feel stuck (and why it’s not laziness), how your nervous system and patterns might be keeping you in the same place, and what it actually takes to create change that lasts.
I also share more personally about what I’ve been moving through, grief, transitions, and those quieter seasons where you’re growing, but it doesn’t feel clear yet.
And I open up about how I support people inside Thrive 360, from mindset and reflection work, to training, nutrition, and building habits that actually fit your life.
This isn’t about doing more or being better.
It’s about understanding yourself and moving forward in a way that feels sustainable.
If you’ve been feeling stuck or a little off, this will meet you where you’re at.

This is a short one, but a real one.
I wanted to sit down and speak honestly about what moving actually feels like, not just the excitement of a new chapter, but the quiet grief that comes with leaving a life behind.
There’s so much beauty in change, but also a lot that doesn’t get talked about. The in-between feeling. The nerves. The moments where it all feels very real.
I also open up about going long distance and how much I’m going to miss my partner, something I don’t take lightly, and something that’s been sitting on my heart.
This season feels like both expansion and letting go at the same time.
If you’re in a transition, or about to step into something new, this is just a reminder that it’s okay for it to feel exciting and emotional.

This episode is a long overdue life update… and it’s a real one.
Over the past few months, I’ve been navigating a lot behind the scenes, grief, big decisions, and a quiet shift into a new chapter of my life.
After my grandmother passed (my sweet queen 🤍), I found myself reflecting deeply, not just on this loss, but on past experiences of grief, how it’s shaped me, and how it continues to show up in ways I don’t always expect. It’s been heavy at times, but also incredibly healing.
After her funeral, I made a spontaneous decision to spend my final months in London doing something exciting ( I enrolled in art school!).
Also sharing something a lot of you have been asking… Why I’m leaving London, what this chapter has meant to me, and what’s next !! including what JT and I are doing (don’t worry, I get into it 👀).
This episode is a mix of grief, reflection, growth, and moving forward, all at the same time.
If you’re in a season of change, feeling a bit in-between, or processing something quietly… this one is for you.
You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You’re allowed to grieve, evolve, and still be excited about what’s next.

✨ What grief, rest, and discipline can teach us about resilience
✨ The neuroscience behind rest and why it’s essential for creativity & clarity
✨ Seasonal wisdom for December — the “wintering” period of your soul

I also share a personal milestone: finally submitting the last documents for my Irish passport — a journey almost ten years in the making. A reminder that even the smallest steps matter more than you think.
