Episode #25 - Starboy BARSPARTA 

Starboy has had a very interesting life, he moved to the UK in year 11 (school years) from the Philippines. He got into trouble in his teens and ended up in prison and received 3 and half year sentence then when he got out of prison he started working as a scaffolder and started enjoy the bars (callisthenics). He got into fitness and then excelled very quickly in the calisthenics world. He has competed at world level and has been travelling the world perfecting his craft, he now has a huge clientbase. 
He also talk on what he thinks a instagram influencer is and also what big brands he has modelled for and how those jobs came around. We also speak on how managed to shift his mindset to a growth mindset through achievements.
