Stephanie is the co-founder of HMO Heaven & Rent 2 Rent Success, she didn't start her property journey until 45 years old, since then she has built a substantial portfolio and her management company manages numerous HMO's in South Wales. She tells us her thoughts on property education and also how COVID 19 has affected her occupancy rate. We talk about how important HMO demographics are and also how more recently more capital is needed within the HMO strategy. Stephanie now also buys multi-blocks and commercial property.

Episode #17 - Joseph Valente

Kev has a fascinating story, he's a Rhondda native that had many ups and downs growing up being on the wrong side of the law many times but fighting played a huge part in developing as a person. With years of martials arts training and fighting as a professional MMA fighter Kev has many experiences to talk about. In 2014 Kev was asked to take a last minute bare knuckle fight in Hong Kong. He later found out it was a underground fight club on a rooftop looking over the Hong Kong skyline watched by some of Hong Kong's wealthiest individuals, and i know your thinking it, this sounds like a hollywood movie!
