Today on The Soul Frequency, we look at sound healing from a different vantage point. We often have a very stereotypical idea of what sound healing is or have a vision of what a sound healing session looks like, so I wanted to chat with the wonderful gina Breedlove about her experiences with sound healing.
gina is a vocalist, composer, actor, and traditional sound healer. She created the program Vibration of Grace: Healing Through Sound, which helps thousands of people worldwide rediscover and deepen their power.
In this conversation, we talk about gina’s first experience using sound as a healer before deep diving into Grace and how to identify if you’re being energetically spoken to. We then discuss the relationship between body and soul before learning all about medicine baths and how you can even make them at home.
I hope you find something beautiful in today’s episode. I’ll see you here next week.

Being Valentine’s Day, I thought we should have a conversation about love. From my perspective, this is one of the most important conversations we can have because how we connect to other human beings has a major impact on the quality of our lives, how we feel in our lives, and what is possible for us.
We either emulate or run from the programmed love we learned in childhood, but both reactions are entirely separate from true love. Luckily, however, true love is also something we can learn. So, in this conversation, I chat through programmed love and how it differs from true love by discussing where it comes from and how you can identify it. I then go through the pillars of true love so you can check in and see if your love is true or programmed.
I hope you find something helpful in today’s episode, and happy love day, everyone.
(00:24) It’s Valentine’s Day…

Prior to today’s conversation, I had never used sensory deprivation tanks before, but after hearing Max discuss the benefits and his experience with them, I couldn’t wait to try them. I hope you, too, find some inspiration in this conversation so you can decide if they are right for you. I start today’s episode by discussing my experience of floatation before jumping in and learning all about it from Max.
Max is a Shamanic Sensei and an accomplished lifelong martial artist, performance coach, and medicine man. Before becoming the founder of Maxx Vitality, Max trained day and night for over a decade, aiming to become the next UFC featherweight prospect. His drive to become the best led him down the rabbit hole of biohacking and all-around performance optimization. After countless health obstacles, Max decided to find the easiest and most effective recovery therapy. He discovered float therapy, also known as sensory deprivation, to aid in his physical recovery, but soon realized it not only healed his body but enhanced his mind and deepened his connection with spirit.
In this conversation, we talk all about Max’s journey into sensory deprivation and Max’s experience with it. We then discuss what floating feels like, what to expect if you’re hesitant, and how even children can float before closing the conversation with a discussion on the benefits of floating and how it can strengthen spiritual health.
If you’re interested in hearing more about floatation or sensory deprivation and whether it’s right for you, then listen to the episode below.

There have been so many tears. I think I’ve cried more in the last few months than I have ever in my life before. Some tears are from this lifetime, and others are from past lifetimes, but they’re all lessons. So, this episode of The Soul Frequency is all about feeling these feelings and learning from them.
In this conversation, I discuss the physical manifestation of grief from a previous life and how to handle it. I then discuss grief from this life and the roles we play in our loved one’s transitions. Finally, I talk about listening to your instincts and appreciating the life around you.
This life is so intricate and so interesting. It can be brutal at times and so joyous at others. If we can show up for these sacred times, then we really become better for it.
I hope you find something in today’s episode. I’ll see you here next week.
(00:25) I’ve been crying… a lot.

There is a common saying that copying is flattery. It means you’re doing something right if people want to replicate it. But this episode of The Soul Frequency is for those doing the copying. Though copying is not bad, it’s also not authentic. This conversation is all about identifying that inspiration within yourself to help you find and live your soul purpose.
So, who better to hear from than the wonderful Julie Ciardi. Julie is a business and mindset coach on a mission to help ignite women to design lives they love rather than live by default. She is helping women wake up on Monday mornings loving what they do by creating businesses and careers filled with intention, joy, and impact.
In this conversation, we discuss Julie’s journey into her soul mission, how you, too, can choose your soul mission, and how to communicate this change to your loved ones. We then discuss taking the jump into your soul purpose and how it probably isn’t going to be easy. We then chat through the benefits of your soul mission, and some things to know before going in.
I hope you find something in today’s conversation. I’ll see you all here next week.

2024 really feels like a spiritually powerful year. It feels like the things we experience this year will shape who we are in a multitude of ways and profoundly set a path forward for our lives. The change of the year got me thinking about life experiences and the templates they set for us.

I start by talking about overcoming the thoughts and feelings that haunt us and how we can ask our guides and angels for direction. Lastly, I discuss the templates that set our futures and all the lessons these stories have taught me.

We often think that raising our frequency is hard work when, in reality, it can happen in a nanosecond. Exciting news, new opportunities, and even a simple phone call can all raise our energy frequencies. Sometimes, however, we need something to help guide us through our energy work, which is why I am so excited to share this conversation with Saged founder Julia Munck.
Julia has over 20 years of experience in product development and created Saged as a way to take people off apps and into the real world. With over 1 million downloads, Saged helps users enjoy daily life, find their power and inner peace, and create connections both online and in the natural world.
In this conversation, we discuss Julia’s life before Saged, what it’s like being a woman in business, and Julia’s journey into her spiritual life. We then discuss the inspiration behind Saged, what Saged offers, and how it can help raise your energy frequency.
I hope you find something in today’s episode. I’ll see you here next week.

The role of the Mother takes many different forms. There is nothing more central to our development, perspective, or our lessons in life, than the concept of Mother. Mother can be our birth mothers, Mama Gaia herself, and of course, The Mother Wound.
There is no one better to have this conversation with than the wonderful Kerri Hummingbird, author of Love is Fierce: Healing The Mother Wound.
Kerri is a medicine woman, mother, and mentor. She is the founder of Inner Medicine Training, a Mystery School that shares ancient Andean and Himalayan traditions about how to live your purpose and own your wisdom.
In this conversation, we talk about Mother in her many forms. We discuss healing internalized structures, accepting our lessons as our Soul’s Curriculum, and shifting our perspective. We then discuss overcoming the feeling of betrayal when discussing our mothers and overcoming the subservient woman as a whole. Lastly, we discuss aligning with Mother Earth and feeling empowered in our voices.
I hope you find something helpful and healing in today’s episode of The Soul Frequency.
Thank you for a wonderful 2023. I’ll see you in 2024.

It’s the last session episode of 2023, and what a ride this year has been!
We are in a massive world transition, and many of the lessons I have learned this year have been how to balance taking care of myself while helping care for those around me.
Before deep diving into these lessons, I start this episode of The Soul Frequency by reflecting on 2023 and what it has taught me. I discuss family, the strength we gain from tragedy, and why we must pace ourselves through our transitions before reflecting on this amazing time of growth.
Thank you for lending your energy to The Soul Frequency and being part of this wonderful space. I am so honored to tune into this high vibey, beautiful community and feel our collective vibration.
We have one more episode before we take some time off for the holidays, so I’ll see you all next week.
