"Enjoy every moment!" We've all heard it before. And yet let's be real, not every moment of motherhood (or life for that matter) is enjoyable. And when we are led to believe that not enjoying it all means we are doing something wrong, the impact can be detrimental.
So this week, I am counteracting the narrative that we should enjoy every moment, and instead letting you know it's OK (and totally normal) to experience complex human feelings. My goal, is to help you feel more self-compassionate through it all.

The holiday season is a time for peace and joy, but for moms it can often end up looking like more stress and chaos instead. It's like everything that is supposed to be magical can end up just being another something on our plate. But it doesn't have to be that way.
This week, we are doing things a little differently on The Worthy Mother Podcast. A few weeks ago, I was interviewed for an episode of The Executive Coach For Moms Podcast with Leanna Laskey McGrath, and the conversation was too good not to bring here to you! Leanna was gracious enough to share the episode with us, and so that is what you are hearing in this episode.
Tune in to learn how you can embrace self-care during the holidays and make this time less stressful and more magical for you.
