My guest this week is one of my favorite humans ever - Stacia Erbe. Stace (she/they) is an integrative health coach and breathwork facilitator-in-training with a day job in creative consulting for established brands and startups. Her work focuses on cultivating unconditional love for our most human truths and desires, while working to reduce the negative impact of limiting patterns and beliefs so we can build more conscious, creative connections with ourselves and each other, together. She resides in San Mateo, CA with her 10yo kiddo and rescue pup Gordon, and on any given day you can find her meditating, lifting weights, reading, journaling, drawing, consulting, coaching, and bird watching at sunrise.
In this episode we discuss:
- how our epigenetic constitution & individual conditioning play a big role in how we process the world around us
- the power of community in your healing journey, and how others can help you grant permission to step into yourself
- the idea that healing doesn't really end, and how to come to terms with the feelings of "despair" that might bring
- making your own meaning in your life, and allowing yourself to create that life amidst life's inevitable "shoe drops"
