My guest this week is an incredible friend and mentor, Laura Poulton. Laura is truly an amazing & refreshing human being - she has been through think & thin and so openly talks about the challenges that come with owning a small business, processing grief, and finding rituals that work for you. Her Catholic faith is very important to her, and she has found a beautiful connection with God in continuing to grow in that faith. Laura & I have a very similar upbringings & backgrounds, and this episode talks a lot about how we view spirituality a bit differently, but still very much feel the same about our paths forward and how we connect with others. Laura also finds spirituality in her creative expression through painting, and she is the small-business owner of the incredible print shop, Lolly & Lou. She has incredible products & offers custom prints upon request! She is a champion of being your authentic self and showing up wherever you are, exactly as you are. I cannot wait for you to hear her perspective!
