The Utah Women & Leadership Project (UWLP) released research in 2014 about the status of women leaders in business in the state, with an update in 2018 to determine if progress had been made. Unfortunately, during those four years, the percentages decreased in most areas. Now, six years later, the UWLP provides another update on the status of women leaders in Utah business, which is the topic of this episode.
