Born passionate about the game, Natasha dedicated herself to honing her skills and became a true force to be reckoned with on the field. Her electrifying presence, lightning-fast speed, and impeccable ball control mesmerize spectators and leave opponents in awe. Natasha's dedication and relentless work ethic propelled her to represent the United States in the prestigious Olympic Games, where she proudly secured a medal, showcasing her talent and unwavering commitment to excellence. This wasn't by luck and sacrifice. In this episode, Tash shows the ups and downs that came along with this bloom moment. With her inspiring achievements and steadfast spirit, Tasha has become an icon for aspiring athletes in Hawaii and beyond, leaving an undeniable mark on soccer.

During this episode, Natasha honored the legacy her father Benny Kai. A Hui Hou Kakou means "until we meet again " in the Hawaiian language. His BLOOM will live forever.

This Who's in Your Field / Strong Sunflower Spotlight goes to Nate from Sprouts Alive in Austin Texas. He a father of a teenage son and he shares with us how becoming a young father changed him for the better and how he's creating core memories. He also gives us a hint of his healing journey and how important mending his own relationship with his father helped him understand the true meaning of 'loving someone' even when you don't agree with their life decisions.

This episode was a thrill and in the process we learned about Nate's job growing micro sprouts sunflowers. There are so many benefits when it comes to consuming live food, from gut health to mental health, you name it. Perfect addition to Strong Girl Summer which just started June 1st. Make sure we are giving out bodies the neutron that it needs but also moving our bodies atlas 30 minutes a day intentionally.

On this episode we got to interview Morgan St. Jean, your favorite feminist pop princess. Born and raised in LA, music has always been a passion of hers. She is most know for her hit single "Like a Girl" . "Anything that you can do, I can do it better, while bleeding" talk about POWERFUL lyrics. She is the definition of a strong ass sunflower. All her life Morgan has felt like the underdog, a sort of super power of hers. Growing up she was lucky to have parents that supported her in her music endeavors and that believed in her. "Like a Girl" was her middle finger to society, who is always thinking that doing anything like a girl is an insult. On the contrary, women are STRONG, resilient , and amazing.
