On this week episode we interviewed Serenity:  an entrepreneur , photographer, who also dabbles in real estate , life insurance broker, mother, and the list goes on and on. We discuss how her lupus diagnosis and motherhood ignited a fire under her to live life with purpose. She is building generational wealth as a single mother and making sure her son is taken care of. Who's in your field is so important, the hummingbirds , butterflies and bees can guide you through the journey. We discussed some of the people who have helped or motivated her to scale her businesses and abilities. 

Recently deciding to go 100% in her business led her to go part-time at her office job. At time you have to take risk, but when we bet on ourselves, we can never loose. Mindset over EVERYTHING, even when her own body is betraying her due to lupus, she chooses UP. Not only bouncing back but bouncing FORWARD. 

We hope this episode sparks a passion in you to GO for it,  take the leap of faith and trust this version of yourself.

On this week episode we interviewed Heidi Bragg , a 3-time cancer survivor (colon, cardiac sarcoma, & urothelial) who's constantly dealing with the uncertainty and monitoring that comes along with that. She also lost her sister, dad, and a very dear friend to cancer. She is the host of "Life, Cancer, act" podcast stating "is not your mom's support group. Dealing with hard things -- like cancer -- sucks. We use humor (and snark, let's be real) to face the bad, see the good, and find some hope along the way." 

Heidi is a ray of sunshine everywhere she goes and has taken this life experience to plant a field and harvest through her podcast. Which gives tips and real life experience on how to face this hard things, and be a supportive spouse/friend to your loved ones. We hope this episode inspires you to continue marching forwards, to continue planting your seeds, no matter what the "odds" are.

3. When and how will I ask them for help ?

Hello Strong Sunflowers, 

On this weeks episode we spoke to Raevan Bielik, a momma bear and entrepreneur. Raevan created a business that supports mothers through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Specifically when it comes to diastasic recti. Before becoming this bad ass entrepreneur she was a pageant queen, representing the big state of Texas. We take her back to where her seed was planted. Life after the traumatic murder of her brother turned her into she families golden child. Pretty hurts, in this time of her life the pressure of being "perfect" was overwhelming, landing her with an eating disorder and low self esteem. 

After years of therapy and an intense learning experience, she has become the woman she is today. Strong, BOLD, POWERFUL, A BOSS, A LEADER, KIND, and able to follow her gut like nobodies business. We discuss her southern bell upbringing,  how her beauty became her identity as such a young age and how she found herself through the mess.
