When Bonnie became a mother old trauma and triggers hovered over her. She worked through therapy and coaching to learn how to love herself so she could show up for her children. Now she is providing resources and help to parents and children in Missouri, break cycles of trauma, through her non-profit organization, The Sunflower Parent Movement.

Natasha Samreny is a comedian and storyteller. She has traveled the world due to her multicultural military upbrining. She almost lived the "Mormon Dream," aka getting married and having millions of babies, but on the eve of her wedding she decided that was not the life for her. She chose to pursue more formal education and trained at The Second City theatre in Chicago and has performed improv, sketch, and stand-up comedy internationally, including Edinburgh and Camden's fringe festivals. In this week's episode she shares how she finds the humor in the ups and downs of life.

Bridget Meadows did college competitive cheer for 6 years. She shares her experience at Hawaii Pacific University and reflects on how her time as a cheerleader helps her parent and grow in her role as a nurse. 

After watching two seasons of Cheer on Netflix, Zana was ready to revisit her competitive cheerleading days. Hawaii Pacific University was equivalent to Navarro prior to the program getting cut. In this two part series Zana reconnects with teammates on what they loved about the cheerleading world, and what was a bit toxic. Part one is with Zach Giano, a world traveler, researcher, and PhD. He shares where he is now post cheerleading career. 

Following your dreams takes time, and sometimes it takes you having to quit your job, traveling the world for 2 years and coming back to figure it out (or not). In this B2B interview we spoke to Manuel Salmann aka Many, who is the co-founder of the Easy German podcast as well as the Easy Languages network. He , along with his family have created a business that sustains their creative outlet and allows them to do more of what they love.
