Dr. Perlman is a highly respected licensed clinical social worker and serves as the Clinical Director of Social Work at ODA, overseeing its Wellness Institute—a clinic dedicated to serving the Chasidic community in Williamsburg.  

He is also a professor at the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, where he lectures on critical topics including abuse, addiction, and trauma, equipping hundreds of frum social workers from the community with valuable insights and skills.
