Kim DePaola—best known to millions of Bravo fans as Kim D from The Real Housewives of New Jersey—first made waves with her unapologetic personality and sharp wit. A New Jersey native with deep roots in family and community, Kim built her career as a successful entrepreneur and fashion boutique owner. Her store, Posche Boutique, became a hub not just for style, but for the fiery drama that often spilled onto the small screen.
On The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Kim appeared across multiple seasons, quickly becoming one of the show’s most talked-about figures. She embraced the role of truth-teller and occasional provocateur, never shying away from saying what others only thought. That candor—sometimes controversial, always entertaining—cemented her as a memorable force in the Housewives universe.
But Kim D is more than reality TV. She’s a mother, a survivor of personal loss, an author of My Life With the Big Boys, and now a podcaster herself, hosting Get Real with Kim D. Through her platform, she shares unfiltered conversations on life, relationships, and resilience, proving she’s just as captivating off-screen as she was on camera.
Whether you know her for her signature sass, her love of fashion, or her fierce loyalty to those she cares about, one thing is certain: Kim DePaola is a woman who continues to reinvent herself—and she always keeps it real.

In today’s profession, officers are not only tasked with upholding the law and protecting communities, but they are also facing increasingly complex challenges, both externally and internally. The emotional, psychological, and physical demands placed on officers can be overwhelming, and that’s why the position of Resiliency Officer is more critical now than ever.
