“The Ogopogo” is an alleged lake monster believed to inhabit the Okanagan Lake in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

The entity known as “The Ogopogo” can be traced back to First Nations folklore and other motifs involving water monsters.

Many sightings of the Ogopogo have been documented, as well video and photo evidence of the creature exist. Belief is in the eye of the beholder.

Sightings of “The Ogopogo” are still reported annually to this day and several historical sightings/stories claim the creature is real.

Lastly, there exists a monument dedicated to the Ogopogo in Kelowna, BC. It is truly hilarious and an example of why we should be careful of where we allow taxpayer dollars to be spent.

Ogopogo is also fun to say. And can be spelled the same forwards and backwards.

The Patterson-Gimlin footage is a brief video of an unknown hominid entity that has been alleged to be the elusive Sasquatch.

The Patterson-Gimlin footage was shot by Roger Patterson (assisted by Robert “Bob” Gimlin) in 1967 at Bluff Creek, California. It is considered one of the highest quality films of Bigfoot, revealing muscles contractions, interesting anatomical features, and other unique characteristics.

Evidence supporting the film’s authenticity is surprisingly vast; however, an equal amount of crucial criticisms also exist, putting the legitimacy of the footage into question.

Multiple sexual abuse allegations, missing persons cases, and other criminal accusations have come out against NXIVM and Keith Raniere. Raniere, and other high profile members has been convicted of various offenses.

“Operation Paperclip” was a covert program executed by the US government in which 1,600 German scientists, engineers, and technicians were taken from Germany post-WW2 to be employed by the United States government.

Many of these German professionals were known members of the Nazi party. Notably, Wernher von Braun, a Nazi aerospace engineer and developer of the V-2 Rocket was a major figure acquired by Operation Paperclip.
