In this episode, Garth and Dara discuss how playing it safe isn’t helping any of us. They discuss how it’s easy to let fear, the opinions or judgments from other people, or even a recurring story we tell ourselves, to get in the way of allowing ourselves to take calculated risks that could bring us joy and happiness.

Basically, “no risk = no story.” Garth and Dara talk about their own personal lives, how they’ve pushed through fear and encourage listeners to take that first step.
