Speaking of Jeff Bezos and the dying Washington Post, want to hear a Bezos story? I’ll share a Jeff Bezos story with you. If you've been with us a long time, you might have heard it, but it bears repeating because the people who run the Washington Post, Bezos among them, are facing pushback from their team. They tried to put an editor in place to change things, but the editor got ran out of town. And, I'll remind you of the sort of person that Jeff Bezos can be. Remember when they had William Shatner who got to go on one of Bezos rockets? You might remember when Bezos stole the stage from Shatner who was trying to tell an emotional story. We'll also look at some of the changes that have gone on in a world related to the Washington Post. For some reason, Snopes.com is being celebrated now by conservatives for suddenly telling the truth about Ashley Biden's diary and something else. But why are we celebrating this? It's seven years later. This no longer matters in the election cycle. Lots of people in the media, though, should be doing the same thing that Snopes has done. Anderson Cooper did an entire segment on right wing media selectively editing videos. But, wasn't there a time when Anderson Cooper did the same thing? And, we can't ignore this because it's so central to what Democrats have become, Jamal Bowman, the guy who pulled the fire alarm in order to disrupt an official government proceeding, went out and showed exactly who he is at a rally with AOC in Brooklyn.

I had a discussion with Caleb Altamire, founder and CEO of HelpingCaptives.org. We talked yesterday with Nate Lewis about how he's approaching fighting sex trafficking with his group, INNOCENCE Rescue Mission. Caleb Altememeyer, Founder & CEO of Helping Captives is at the other end of this. His heart is to help people who are captive now to sex trafficking. He learned about the realities of sex trafficking when he learned that it had happened to a neighbor. This freaked me out because this is the second time in chatting with these guys that we actually shared something deeply in common. The same thing happened to me. The way they approach this is, in fact, to make sure that women have a place to go and they're working on and have secured a building that used to be a strip club to use for their mission to help victims of sex trafficking. Caleb also talks about the future being dependent upon changing the way kids are treated in school. He thinks sex trafficking begins in junior high.

I don't normally go around talking about actors and I'm not here to say that he was a role model or anything like that. But one thing I do want to talk about is Donald Sutherland and why actors become liberals. And I think this is evident through how Sutherland, in kind of a creepy, weird way, described his love of being an actor. He starred in some of the fundamentally most important roles, I think, for societal commentary that exists today. I also loved his role in Hunger Games and I'll tell you why. One scene in particular to me is so vitally, vitally important. Capturing Hollywood for Christ is vital and we have to be able to tap the heart of creators. Riley Gaines and her group is taking a run at this with a commercial about protecting girls' sports. TikTok, of course, has banned this. We'll also give you an update on that janitor who was held captive. Remember when the pro-homos agitators took a bunch of people captive?

I talked to a gentleman named Nate Lewis, who's the founder and CEO of Innocence Rescue Mission. Hr told me something I didn't know, that it's actually small towns that represent the least risk for sex traffickers. Nate and his group work in a number of ways to help stop sex trafficking, including getting men who sign up to go rent the bodies of 11 year old kids and getting them arrested. Thank God. Interestingly, Nate's the only other guy near my age I've ever met who, like me, was kidnapped. His kidnapping lasted a lot longer and may have been even more dangerous than mine. He shared that with us. Nate shared with us what you can do to help his group and how they're helping law enforcement around the country. And yes, why is it's small towns that are at such risk.

Cheap fakes and a cheap excuse. The people who run Joe Biden are saying they're all cheap fakes. It's all deep fakery. Joe Biden's fine. You remember when Rahm Emanuel talked about never letting a good crisis go to waste? I think they've got a plan behind this now. Why censor things when you can do something else? I think there's a policy coming. I think you're going to see some watermarks on videos, but from “trusted” media organizations. And, as we talk through cheap fakery and deep fakery, the deep fakery of academia appears to have no bottom. This is a professor explaining why we have a parental relationship saying that the state needs to be the ultimate guarantor of a child's well-being.

My friend Zach Abraham, Chief Investment Officer at Bulwark Capital Management, brought up an interesting fact about the U.S. dollar. It's actually not always used by choice. In fact, most of the time, it's not used by choice. That reminded me of something that's occurred at Microsoft, where they were so used to having their products be something people had to use because it's what is in the workplace, that they weren't ready for a time when people could choose a different product. Zach thought that was a pretty spot-on comparison to what can happen to our dollar as there are new payment systems available. He pointed out that we may be right to actually pray that the U.S. dollar collapses and fails. Now, why would Zach say something like that? And on the topic of God, we also discussed something that I would call a spiritual KPI (a key performance indicator) of your family's relationships and relationships with friends. It's a chart that would have the fruit of the spirit and the biblical definition of love on a horizontal and vertical axis. I shared this with Zach.

I said it a year or two ago. I'll say it affirmably now. They are coming for the water. The World Economic Forum types said we failed to get people to do the right thing for the common good with COVID and with global warming. They’re now asking, “ What if we leverage water?”. Everybody needs it. Maybe this is the thing they can do to get people to care for the common good. It's the same players, the same people who tried to steal farmland in South Dakota to store carbon dioxide so they could sell it back to us. Now they are coming for the water in Idaho. And guess what? The Republican, shiny-shoed, establishment Republican governor of Idaho, Brad Little, says there’s nothing he can do. He's lying. There's a lot he could do. We'll also look at some of the unintended consequences that people experience in culture when they're the experts.
