The Great Commission refers to several passages in the Gospel of Matthew, where Jesus Christ urges his apostles to make “disciples of all the nations” and “baptize” them. The word “disciple,” which is “mathetes” in Greek, literally means “pupil” but also “follower,” as in “follower of Jesus.” “Baptize” refers to the Christian practice of using water to remove the “original sin,” an inherent fault that Christians believe marks all human beings at birth. Baptism is an important sign of entrance into the Christian faith. The Great Commission, therefore, is usually interpreted to mean spreading the Christian message and converting others to Christianity.

This actually happened to me today. According to the government of Alberta, I am no longer my child’s mother. I am a “person who gave birth.”

It actually brought me to tears as they made the change. Because I am not a “person who bleeds”. I am not a “person who gave birth”.

I am a MOTHER.

And I earned that title when I conceived and carried each of my babies in my womb. When I birthed them and brought them up out of the water. When I nursed them with vital nutrients from my breast. 

When I weeped at the loss of the one who met Jesus before we met him or her. 

If the idea of motherhood offends you, I am sorry for whatever happened in your life that corrupted the concept of everything beautiful it is to be a woman and a mother.

I will go to my grave believing every single human on the planet is worthy of love and respect. That every person holds value.

But this is damaging. This is not progressive. This is the destruction of civilization and truth and order and to continue on this path will only lead to chaos.

Make no mistake. There is a concerted effort from the leadership at the highest levels of all politics to deconstruct society, starting with the family. All you have to do is look.

But they will not have mine.

THE THESIS: The Left has destroyed all meaning to the word racism. This is good for them, since they are building what will become the most racist culture in history. We have the challenge of exposing this to people who can no longer see true racism, we have only one solid place to turn, the word of God who made all people and the ministry of Christ, who openly ignored tribal hatred in his ministry, for instance, to the Sammarians. 19 “Sir,” the woman said, “I can see that you are a prophet. 20 Our ancestors worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews claim that the place where we must worship is in Jerusalem.”

21 “Woman,” Jesus replied, “believe me, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. 22 You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. 23 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. 24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”

25 The woman said, “I know that Messiah” (called Christ) “is coming. When he comes, he will explain everything to us.”

26 Then Jesus declared, “I, the one speaking to you—I am he.”

The Disciples Rejoin Jesus

27 Just then his disciples returned and were surprised to find him talking with a woman. But no one asked, “What do you want?” or “Why are you talking with her?”

28 Then, leaving her water jar, the woman went back to the town and said to the people, 29 “Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did. Could this be the Messiah?” 30 They came out of the town and made their way toward him.

31 Meanwhile his disciples urged him, “Rabbi, eat something.”

32 But he said to them, “I have food to eat that you know nothing about.”

33 Then his disciples said to each other, “Could someone have brought him food?”

34 “My food,” said Jesus, “is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work. 35 Don’t you have a saying, ‘It’s still four months until harvest’? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest. 36 Even now the one who reaps draws a wage and harvests a crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may be glad together. 37 Thus the saying ‘One sows and another reaps’ is true. 38 I sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the benefits of their labor.”

Many Samaritans Believe

39 Many of the Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the woman’s testimony, “He told me everything I ever did.” 40 So when the Samaritans came to him, they urged him to stay with them, and he stayed two days. 41 And because of his words many more became believers.

42 They said to the woman, “We no longer believe just because of what you said; now we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the Savior of the world.”

Finding contentment. Listening to your podcast right now. You encourage us to ask God to please draw JoeBiden to Him but that's not how some of us pray. After 60 years of walking with the Lord, I've learned to say Thy will be done. Period. Because I've only found true contentment in the center of God's will and although I know we can ask, I also know my request could be wrong. Jesus showed us in Gethsemane how and what to ask for: it's simply His Will - not mine. I go where He leads, whether I'm in a wonderfully surprising place or a dark, sad or lonely place, and once I get past "what are You thinking????" there is a peace that passeth understanding and contentment. He may want an unstable, demented, seriously sinful person leading this nation for such a time as this but only God truly knows the greater good. Surrendering to His will and His will alone makes us part of that goodness I think but it is definitely a path to a contented life. Thank you for your program - it is a blessing.

What you have just said is quite true.”19 “Sir,” the woman said, “I can see that you are a prophet. 20 Our ancestors worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews claim that the place where we must worship is in Jerusalem.”21 “Woman,” Jesus replied, “believe me, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. 22 You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. 23 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. 24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”25 The woman said, “I know that Messiah” (called Christ) “is coming. When he comes, he will explain everything to us.”26 Then Jesus declared, “I, the one speaking to you—I am he.”The Disciples Rejoin Jesus27 Just then his disciples returned and were surprised to find him talking with a woman. But no one asked, “What do you want?” or “Why are you talking with her?”28 Then, leaving her water jar, the woman went back to the town and said to the people, 29 “Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did. Could this be the Messiah?” 30 They came out of the town and made their way toward him.31 Meanwhile his disciples urged him, “Rabbi, eat something.”32 But he said to them, “I have food to eat that you know nothing about.”33 Then his disciples said to each other, “Could someone have brought him food?”34 “My food,” said Jesus, “is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work....
