THE THESIS: There will always be rules and rulers. Anarchy will never sustain itself, it is a process to get new rules, not a state of existence. I believe God is showing us, one again, what the rule of man is like . . . not the godly, servant leadership of people the Lord describes in His rules for us, but the ungodly trampling of people. Since this is the day the Lord has made and these are the times through which He has decided we shall live, let us rejoice that He is making the choice so very clear. And, let us use that in our disciple-making. 
THE SCRIPTURE: Matthew 20: 20-28 - A Mother’s Request20 Then the mother of Zebedee’s sons came to Jesus with her sons and, kneeling down, asked a favor of him. 21 “What is it you want?” he asked.
