Eric King is the executive director of The Energy Planning and Inventory Commission (EPIC) in Kentucky. The 2024 General Assembly created EPIC to evaluate Kentucky’s current and future energy landscape and ensure the adequacy of the Commonwealth’s energy supply. King leads EPIC in creating a long-term energy plan for Kentucky, reviewing the adequacy of existing and future electric generation and demand, and considering the continued operation, retirement, divestiture or other major actions impacting any electric generating unit in the Commonwealth. By statute, EPIC is housed within and receives administrative support from the University of Kentucky Center for Applied Energy Research.

Jesus had pretty strict warnings for those who would harm children. On this episode, I talk about the horrific stories of those who are trutsted to care for children actually abusing them sexually. Delegate Elliott Pritt is also a public school teacher who has been arrested for sexual abuse of a student. Another educator, a Cabell County band director, has also been arrested on similar charges. And a well-known pastor/evangelist has also been arrested for abuse of a boy who he meant while he was preaching. It's been a tough week waking up to this reality. We are in a sick and depraved world! Roy Ramey is president of the WV Home Educators Association and joined me for one of my segments.
