  • Exposing Fraudulent Insurance Coding For Transgender Procedures on Minors
Earlier this year, Do No Harm released a report on the ways healthcare providers could skirt medical coding rules to receive insurance reimbursements for such procedures. DNH has also extensively contributed to the recent establishment of distinct medical diagnosis codes for gender transition, desistance, and detransition.

Now the Department of Health and Human Services is exposing fraudulent coding for transgender procedures on minors. The report, entitled Wolves in White Coats: How Doctors and Hospitals Pushed and Profited from the Fraud of “Gender Medicine,” cites Do No Harm research throughout the report highlighting the institutions that provide sex-rejecting interventions to children.

Dr. Kurt Miceli, Chief Medical Officer at Do No Harm, gives insight on this breakthrough report and how providers can use fraudulent healthcare codes for transgender procedures on minors.

  • Trump Calls 70% of Americans "Backwards and Poor"
President Donald Trump recently posted, "The only reason that communities throughout the U.S.A. should not want Data Centers is if they want to end up being backwards and poor. If they want to be successful and rich, with far lower taxes and jobs all over the place, let Data Reign."

My guest Will Hild isn't against Data Centers, but wrote a Fox News op-ed saying that "Data Centers forgot the consumer" and that less than "30% of Americans support Data Centers in their community." That means the 70+ percent who oppose them are, according to Trump "backwards and poor".

All over the country, Americans are packing out city halls and county commission meetings trying to stop data centers from being built. Concerns range from energy bills and water contamination to tonal noise and lack of long-term jobs. But one of the main drivers of opposition in the tri-state regions is the lack of transparency from local/state officials.

Listen to my talk with Will Hild, Executive Director of Consumer's Research.

  • Betting on Bad Beef?
President Trump's plan to import 300,000 tons of ground beef at 25% below market value is probably a bad way to lower beef prices. The meat may have been what was rejected by China and why is a Republican president setting price controls?

I talk about that plus data centers, flock cameras, and the foster care crisis with WV Senate candidate Chris Miller. Also, Allan Bryant, President of the Kentucky Cattlemen's Association shares his frustration with Trump's decision.

  • Flock Cameras Lead To Possible Fourth Amendment Violation
In Georgia, a "Cherokee County Sheriff's deputy barged into a house without a warrant, looking to arrest the 21-year-old son of the homeowner", according to a local TV news report. Natasha Lopez Noble is the homeowner. Her son did not live in her home. He was arrested without incident even though officers originally had no arrest warrant. Deputies then went into Natasha's home without her consent or a warrant, even though she was not accused of a crime and there was no probably cause. She is now bringing a civil suit against the the sheriff's department for violating her 4th Amendment rights. Natasha says Flock cameras were used in this incidence to track her son and his girlfriend. Most police officers do follow the Constitution and that's why those who don't need to be exposed. At the end of this episode, you'll also hear my son Sutton's call in to my radio show. Sutton recently graduated from the West Virginia Police Academy and is employed as an officer by Marshall University Police Department.

  • California Doctor Wins Free Speech Lawsuit
An Imperial Valley physician who became nationally known during the COVID-19 pandemic for challenging government guidance on the treatment of the disease has won a significant legal victory in federal court protecting his ability to discuss COVID-19 treatment options with his patients. Dr. Brian Tyson is one of three physicians named in a renewed preliminary injunction issued this month by Senior U.S. District Judge William B. Shubb in the case Kory v. Bonta. The order prevents California Attorney General Rob Bonta, the Medical Board of California, the Osteopathic Medical Board and those acting on their behalf from investigating or prosecuting the physicians, or threatening their medical licenses, based on professional opinions they express to their patients concerning COVID-19, COVID-19 vaccines and ivermectin.
