To acknowledge World Meditation Day, I have recorded a podcast to explain what is meditation, the benefits, and ways that you can meditate (and my way of meditating). For this episode I have invited Jackson aka Munners on to talk about his transition out of the defence. He is a deep thinker who I believe thinks about his decisions and options before taking action. During the episode we discuss his time in defence, his highlights, and the reason why he transitioned out of defence.
Please reach out to me if you would like to talk about the transitions process or if you are a ADF Member who has transitioned, or planning on transitioning, an organisation that supports the ADF community or an ADF Spouse.

For this episode I chat with my dear friend Adrianna about her transition. I have had the privilege of listening to some of this information before, but we haven’t ever spoken as deep as what we both did in the episode.Adrianna talks about her physical injury that she sustained at Kapooka and how this impacted her day to day life as well as the mental health impacts. She speaks about what she wish she had known before embarking on the transition out of defence. But we also get to have a chat about what she is doing now.
Adrianna's business can be found on instagram at tiedlotsbyadrianna or on Etsy click here.
