There's been a feast of athletics over the last few weeks so we invited our good friend and athletics fanatic Lloyd Kempson to join as talk all things track.

Lloyd is a runner, coach and co-owner of the Track and Field social media platform @Trackstaa.

We chat about UK and US Trials, the Euro U23's, the Silesia Diamond League but mostly our current obsession with the w800m.
