What if the secret to clarity and peace in your life was something you could access anytime and anywhere?
In my book, The Triple C Method, I discussed gaining clarity through action. In this week's episode, I talk about gaining clarity through stillness.
So which is it?
Well, it's both! Listen in, and I'll explain both action and stillness work together to deliver heightened clarity.
I also invite you to kick start your meditation journey and meditate with me as I guide you through a simple meditation focused on breath awareness and gratitude.
Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this episode is filled with practical tips and insights to help you deepen your practice and enhance your journey towards self-discovery and clarity. So, why not step into the stillness and see what you can find?

In this week's episode, I explain why we're never really starting with a blank page and how that reframe can take you from overwhelmed to excited.
And to celebrate the new book and my birthday, I'm giving away 3 signed copies of The Triple c Method®.

Why do you do what you do the way that you do it?
Is it because you want to?
Is it because you believe it's the right thing to do?
Or is it because you've been conditioned that way and never stopped asking yourself why?
In this week's episode, I share how:
watching one documentary led to me becoming vegan, literally overnight, and
in the process of adapting to my new way of living, I began to question everything.
My desire for this episode is it inspires you to embark on a journey of self-reflection and gets you questioning what you've been told and why you do the things you do.
Not only will this journey give you clarity and control over your life, but it may also reveal a path that you never considered before. Tune in and allow yourself to sit in any discomfort as I share thought-provoking questions related to veganism that you can apply to any aspect of your life.

If anyone tries to sell you a perfect life, run!
Run as fast as you can.
Don't give them any money and don't sit and have a conversation with them because they're lying to you.
I try not to get too spicy about things like this, I don't like to call people out, and I'm not gonna call out anyone specifically here, it's not really my style, But I want to make a general point about perfection.
And in this week's episode, I get on my soapbox and tell you why there is no perfect life and why perfection ain't the flex you might think it is.

Maybe it’s just me.
I would say this to myself when I felt unhappy, trapped, and burned out in BigLaw.
Maybe it’s just me.
Others might complain about shit, but they get on with it.
They don’t feel the same pain I do. They don't feel the same guilt, shame, or despair I feel.
That's what I thought and felt.
Maybe you think and feel the same,{$name}.
😔 Guilt about dreaming of wanting to quit your job and chase your dreams when people are being laid off around you.
😞 Shame in admitting that beneath the outward appearance of success lies misery.
😞 Despair at feeling trapped in a situation you don’t want to be in but not knowing how to escape it.
If you're thinking and feeling these things and more, you're going to want to listen to this week's episode and apply to join my experimental 21-day private community,

You've got to where you are now by working hard, making moves, and pushing forward.
But all that's left you is burnt out, exhausted, and hating your life.
Why?
Because you're moving too fast, and it's not your fault. It's precisely how you've been conditioned. It's the rhetoric you hear in your office, the idea that being busy is a badge of honour, and the expectation that to get that promotion, bonus, or pay rise, you've got to keep moving fast and breaking things.
This was me. And even though I left BigLaw to set out on a mission to live life on my terms, I fell into that old corporate state of mind.
But a nasty bout of Covid forced me to stop. Slow down. And just be.
And in this episode, I share what I learned so that you can start intentionally slowing the f*** down. Because contrary to what you might think, slowing down can get you there faster, wherever there is for you.
