This is a special episode and was more of a research and discuss episode with Crimson Minx, a stripper ally.  Crimson has been working with AM on discovering the untold history of stripping and how it correlates to the pole dancing we practice today, starting in the 1920’s.  They debunk some myths and set the record straight, all the way up to the early 2000’s.  However, there are holes in this story.  That’s because a lot of stripper history doesn’t exist or only exists within the walls of obscure circus museums.  We are looking for any tidbits that listeners might have for us.  Do you have historical information on strippers that pole danced?  Email us at [email protected].
