Paul Taylor is a Neuroscientist, Exercise Physiologist and Nutritionist who is currently completing a PhD in Applied Psychology.
A former British Royal Navy Aircrew Officer, Paul has a proven track record in leadership and dealing in high-pressure situations having undergone rigorous Military Combat Survival and Resistance-to-Interrogation Training. His former roles as an Airborne Anti-submarine Warfare Officer and a Helicopter Search-And-Rescue Crew Member are just the start of what this super man is capable of.
Where Paul’s real passion lies is in testing the limits of our mind and body and the impacts of stress, sleep and exercise. Paul is the Director of The Mind-Body-Brain Performance Institute (https://www.mindbodybrain.com.au) where he delivers resilience, leadership and executive performance workshops to companies and athletes.
In 2010 Paul created and co-hosted the TV series Body and Brain Overhaul (and has appeared regularly on The Biggest Loser TV series. In 2010 and 2015, he was voted Australian Fitness Industry presenter of the year. In 2021, Paul launched the highly successful podcast MindBodyBrain focused on topics designed to improve your mind, body and brain to become its best self.
