Beth and I have been working together for a few months now. Coming from a place of under fuelling, despite training for years and never really seeing the progress she wanted. 4 Months down the line she is eating over 1000 calories more per day, is the strongest she has ever been and has gone from feeling nervous about eating more to confident and achieving the results she has wanted for so long!
