I’m back with another vulnerable episode.

After a recent RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) session, I uncovered something I didn’t expect—a belief buried deep in my subconscious that’s been quietly holding me back.

It took me back to when I was 7 years old.

Even though I’ve done so much healing, that little girl inside me was still afraid—of being judged, seen, and rejected.

If you’ve ever felt blocked—even when you’ve done “the work”—you’re not alone.
