There is going to be times during life where you will have to work through some level of pain.

When it comes to coming back from an injury there will probably be a point where you are going to have to work through a little bit of discomfort.

In life there are going to be a lot of times where you will also have to work through a bit of it to progress.

In this week’s episode I go through why and how you may have to work through some form of physical discomfort in order to come back from an injury and how avoiding it may keep you stuck.

Last Ep I spoke about moving everyday, this week Im adding to it. 

At this point in my life there are 3 activities I try and do everyday these 3 things cost nothing and can be easily implemented, they have changed a bit over the years but these 3 at the moment have been great for my personal physical and mental health. 

Now do I do these everyday? No absolutely not, but I get them done more days than a dont.

Move everyday has become a bit of a mantra for me. 

It doesnt mean train everyday, its more of a reminder to make an effort to do something each day. 

For some it may help with a kick start for others it might not be the best place to start.

Sometimes we all need a reminder (me included) that action will in most cases trump everything. 

Great plans are important but are completely useless if you dont spend anytime taking action. 

If you are an overthinkier like me then sometimes you just need to stop thinking and start doing!

Public accountability is super uncomfortable. It is something that most people will shy away from.

It may also be the most necessary thing you need to get you towards a goal!

Sometimes doing more stuff wont work out the way you think it will. 

Adding extra work or activities in may not give you the result your after, thats why its important to understand what the biggest priority here? 

I had a conersation this week with an old client who wanted to add some training in, thinking that it will help with their Jiu Jitsu, I actually told him that it wasnt a good idea right now.
