Gerry Drefahl is the President and CEO of FIIT, a Baton Rouge fitness and wellness center. Gerry has a B.S. in Kinesiology and an M.S. in Exercise Physiology, along with a multitude of certifications.
Gerry started FIIT years ago and has a new baby with Kinesics, a health technology platform that proactively promotes improved musculoskeletal health in individuals and target populations.

DJ currently plays for the NY Yankees, coming off an MVP caliber season after his first year in pinstripes. DJ was drafted in the second round by the Chicago Cubs falling the 09 National Championship, made it to the big leagues with the, was traded to Colorado where he eventually won a batting title, and made the postseason twice, while playing with multiple All-Stars, and an MVP-caliber player in Nolan Arenado.
DJ comes from Michigan, and in an extremely humble individual, given his accomplishments.

Harvey Martin is a former professional baseball player, scout for the Milwaukee Brewers, a high-performance coach, and the founder of The MindStrong Project.
Putting it simply, Harvey is fascinated by high-level learning and improving the human experience.
Diving in a little deeper, Harvey is an extremely high-level thinker and his MindStrong project focuses on breath work, hot and cold tub training, and connecting what it means to be human on a deeper level.

Jaden is an incredible athlete from Arkansas and dives into his journey from being a highly-touted two-sport athlete (football and baseball) from a small town, to being one of the top prospects in college baseball.
As he is training to pitch this summer in the prestigious Cape Cod Summer League or Team USA, he took some time to sit down with the guys.

Liam Mucklow is the founder of the Golf Lab in Canada and The Baseball Performance Lab in Baton Rouge, LA. He splits his time between his annual Men's Coaching Program, optimizing speed and equipment performance for PGA Tour players, and certifying club fitters and golf technologists around the world.

After perfecting the science and technology in the sport of golf, he has taken the next step and applied to baseball. The Baseball Performance Lab is specializing in the correlation of biomechanics and kinematics combined with the proprioceptive training utilized in maximizing power outputs.

In partnership with Marucci Sports, and a few other innovative technology companies, The Lab is doing things in the baseball technology space that have never been done before.

Laim is joined in the interview by a previous guest on the show, Micah Gibbs, who left his position as Director of Player Development at LSU Baseball to run the Lab in Baton Rouge.
