Welcome to week 2 of the podcast which is actually week 7 which doesn't really make sense but it's true. This is the 7th episode we've recorded but we're releasing it second because we feel this conversation is a big part of what we want our community to be about.

This week we talk with special guest Katie Hill Givens, a long time friend of Cassandra's, about mental health, specifically depression and anxiety. Katie is also working towards being a stand-up comic and we talk a lot about the ways in which comedy can heal. The conversation roams all over the place but it's a great dive into what Katie and Cassandra have had to deal with through their respective journies and there are a lot of laughs along the way.

Cassandra and Dylan kick off the Podcast with a discussion about Batman.

Just a few notes: this is our first episode so we're very green. Also we're still working out our audio set-up so apologies for the poor sound quality (yes, that is a fan you can hear buzzing, it gets hot in our "recording studio."). Lastly this is the audio from our StreamCast Saturday episodes from our Twitch channel so there is a little interaction with the chat feed. As listeners you can't see what's being said so we tried to read out what we're responding to but, as said before, we're very green.

Also it should be very clear that we are way behind on posting these, this episode begins with the announcement that Dylan will be leaving Disney but he has now been at his new job for several weeks. We'll work to get things back up to date over the next few weeks.
